Trickbyte Games is a 3 person studio, focused on atmosphere, visual identity and “fun first” design. The team met at the University of Gloucestershire and quickly discovered our shared passions drove a natural, thriving work flow. The starter fund is helping us push our dreams into fully fledged careers and create projects we can be truly proud of. Apricity is the studios first major title and with the help of the Starter Fund we will be able to see it not only come to life but share it with others and watch it drive the future of our studio.

We’ve been working on games together for years, and Apricity represent everything we have learned along the way. The Starter Fund is giving us the opportunity to spend more time focusing on making Apricity the best it can be, and also takes us on an important step towards building Trickbyte Games into a growing and sustainable studio. We are excited about the momentum the grant brings to the studio and the milestones it is going to help us achieve.
